Its making my dogs freak out
he keeps flying back and forth really low
You need to identify the Helicopter by going out and looking at it. If it is low enough you may be able to see the Numbers on the side of it. Then call the Local FSDO or Flight Standard District Office. Here is their number: 1-866-TELL-FAA.

what pilot school in the philippines are highly recommended whose track records for their achievements with their students landing on a great job either for private and commercial flights are acceptable. and, how much would it cost me to enter a pilot school
the Philippine State College of Aeronautics was featured on Imbestigador. it’s the flying school that doesn’t have planes and has flight instructors that sleep all day.
it’s a long shot to get to the Philippine Air Force Flying School… priority is given to PAF Second Lieutenants (aka PMA fresh grads that joined the Air Force) and PAF airmen reserves. unless you become either, you can’t just walk in and expect to be trained. though the training is sponsored by the government, it will cost a lot of money to prematurely leave the service and seek out a career in the private sector.
Airlink & PATTS are recommended for general aviation. you should be able to make a down of at least 200K in any flying school. the cost of getting to a Commercial Pilot’s License with an Instrument Rating is well over a million pesos. from then on, it’s a matter of you deciding what to do with the skills you’ve learned.
there are many other flying schools spread across the country (Plaridel, Clark, Iba, Binalonan)… each having its own packages. expect to shell out at least 1.5 million pesos. the most exclusive of the bunch would be the PAL Aviation School in Clark. only college graduates with no failures, having a proportionate height-weight ratio, and complete set of teeth are considered for an interview.
On a helicopter the RPM remains constant at operating (flying) speeds, it does NOT vary.
The tail rotor is used in hovering and for trim control when power (torque) is applied or decreased. The speed of the tail rotor remains constant, the pitch is changed via the anti torque pedals.
As far as the main rotor, consider it a disc. If you tilt the disk forward you will go forward, if you tilt the disk to the side you will go sideways.
