This is a video from May 31, 2009. I flew a Cessna 172 from Sussex NJ (FWN) to Blairstown NJ (1N7). The morning was already a bit rough but by no means unbearable. Later on during the day convective turbulence was picking up due to strong instability coming in from the north and driving thermals. My brother preflighted and flew a Schweizer 2-33 with his instructor. When he got back we took a flight to Stroudsberg, PA and returned to Blairstown. Finally we took a return flight to Sussex which was very rough but ended well with a good landing.

I also intend to pursue a career in the aviation field.
My boyfriend is thinking of doing aviation training when he leaves school next year. If I got him one hour helicopter flying lessons for his birthday would that give him an idea of what its like without committing to a very expensive aviation course?
