Search on google and apply. Just keep in mind that relocating to a different country means a lot of changes, once you even get considered for a job you need to start thinking of where you would live, language barrier, exchange rate, transportation. It’s not as simple as getting hired.
Good luck!

Think creatively. Here’s a few examples to encourage your creative thinking:
Boeing AOG: http://www.boeing.com/commercial/airplanerecovery/
Safi Airways – an up-and-coming Afghan airline (the CEO is actually German. I know him personally):

Most major companies around the world have flight departments – just Google “(Company Name) aviation careers” or “(Company Name) flight department”
I subscribe to the AeroIndustry Jobs newsletter: http://pages.aeroindustryjobs.com/newsletter.aspx
If I see an interesting job in the newsletter, I’ll then go to that company’s website and check it out.
Good luck!
