You might be able to BUY a totaled plane cheap that suits your needs.

Some airlines, like FedEx, donate old aircraft to aviation schools for use as mock-ups and training aids. The airline gets a huge tax writeoff for charitable contributions. Check with aircraft dismantlers too.
