Rio Hondo to offer JROTC flight program
RIO HONDO — Soon, Billy Joe Rodriguez will soar to reach for his childhood dream. “Ever since I was a little kid I loved airplanes,” said Rodriguez, 18, a cadet in Rio Hondo High School’s Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps. “My dream was to be a pilot in the Air Force and it still is.”
