I would like to take a flight school for a privet pilots licence but I don't want to drag it out for a long time, I would like to get it over with in two to three weeks. I have friends that I fly with so I am comfortable landing, taking-off and flying long distances, but I can not join the club or fly on my own without the licence. Going to another state for a few weeks would not be a problem.
Usually Florida and Arizona areas have the best flight (full time) schools. They have the best weather.
I took flight lesson in NJ and often we had to cancel because the weather was bad.

P.S. Remember that it only takes 40 hours to get your license (if things didn't change). That's one full week (8 hrs per day x 5 days). But you'll need more like 60 weeks or more in general. So two weeks is cutting it close. And also learning to fly is something that takes time. Information and skills must sink in – it takes time for your brain to absorb information.

Study ahead of time. Pass the written exam before beginning flight training. Find local instructors who can schedule you for 2 or more lessons per day. Getting it done in 4 or 5 weeks is plenty fast.
