		<description>It will take around 5,000-6,000 dollars for him to get his private pilot license and a minimum of 40 solo hours. For someone who just wants to fly for pleasure and is 60 years old just go to your nearest General Aviation airport and check out some flight schools there. No reason for someone that wants to fly for pleasure and is 60 years old to go to any type of flight academy. You could also get a sport pilots license but there are alot of limitations on what you can fly with that license only small &quot;sport type airplanes&quot; 
Also your father must be in decent physical health and be able to pass a FAA class 3 medical which is not a hard thing to do at all.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
