In a pregnancy worries are always a part of it. There are though a few things you donâ??t have to worry about when youâ??re pregnant:
1. Donâ??t worry about morning sickness damaging your childâ??s health. Your body is programmed to deal with these problems and keep normal limits for the childâ??s necessities. But if you really feel extreme sickness, loose weight, become dehydrated or are an insulin-dependent diabetic you should really consider about seeing a doctor.
2. Donâ??t worry about hurting the baby while having sex as long as you have a risk free pregnancy. Consider limiting you passion if you suffer from vaginal bleeding, placenta previa, ruptures of the membranes or have a history of preterm delivery.
3. Donâ??t worry about taking a dose of acetaminophen when you experience killer headaches. Pregnancy doesnâ??t have to be a nine-month long torture. If you worry however about the effects of some drugs you should consult a physician in order to refrain from after-worries.
4. Donâ??t worry about having hurt your baby while tripping and falling unless you fell on your abdomen. Your body is programmed to offer protection for your baby. But if you experience vaginal bleeding or you loose amniotic fluid chances of child trauma are higher. If you are a victim of a car accident or a serious fall you really need to seek medical attention.
5. Donâ??t worry about harming your baby while exercising if you have a risk free pregnancy; physical training can also keep you fit and contribute to an easy labor. Women with pregnancy complications or risk of preterm delivery should restrain their habits.
6. Donâ??t worry about flying when you are pregnant as the cabin is pressurized. Make regular moves with your legs to prevent formation of blood clots. Also make sure you have a note from your doctor about being able to fly as many airplanes personnel fear of becoming mid-air delivery assistants.
7. Donâ??t worry about using the computer during pregnancy. Recent studies have proven thereâ??s no direct connection between computer and development of baby. The only problem statistics talk about is the risk of carpal tunnel syndrome.
8. Donâ??t worry about your babyâ??s irregular movements. It is common that babies move more at a particular moment and less at other. Stay still as long as you feel at least 10 movements in about six hours.
9. Donâ??t worry youâ??ll give birth on the way to the hospital. Your body is programmed to allow you to get there safe as long as you donâ??t have a history of premature labor.
10. Donâ??t worry about going overdue. Some babies like to be late and get more awaited. Your doctor will however monitories echgraphycally your pregnancy and will decide when it is needed to bring on labor, sometimes even sooner.

Worried or thinking you’re pregnant??
Wondering if you’re pregnant? Got a minute to read?
I’ve noticed a lot of girls and women posting questions lately regarding their chances of becoming pregnant, worried about being pregnant, etc. I just wanted to take the time to clarify some things.
#1- You run the risk of pregnancy every time you have sex. The chance may be small, depending on when you ovulate and when you have sex, but the risk is still there. Take a test.
#2- If you’ve had your period after having sex, you are most likely not pregnant. If you only experience spotting, it could be related to implantation. Take a test.
#3- You are most fertile two days before ovulation and the day of ovulation. If the ovum isn’t fertilized during this time, it will die. You can’t fertilize a dead ovum.
#4- Pregnancy symptoms tend to mimic PMS symptoms. Nobody can tell you whether or not you are pregnant based on symptoms. If your period is late, test.
#5- Babies come from having sex. If you don’t want them, get on birth control or don’t have sex!
Hope this helps!
Fertile cervical mucous can either be water or look like raw egg whites. If you do not want to get pregnant, avoid having sex during this time.
"Precum" DOES contain sperm. It may be a significantly smaller number of sperm than is in semen, but it is still there. And it only takes *ONE* to get pregnant. The "pull-out" method is not a method at all, and you can get pregnant this way!
Just reposting to give some more young minds much needed information.

I think this was great of you to write. No matter how much we want kids to abstain, some are still going to have sex. Recommending safe sex is great.
Emma, "birth control" doesn’t just mean taking a pill. It can also mean using condoms, diaphragms, and other methods, which DO prevent against STDs. And when taken properly, most hormonal birth controls do not pose a health threat to women, since they are made of hormones that occur naturally in your body anyway! While you have the right attitude, I think a woman like JJ who is becoming a doctor has a little authority to recommend things like birth control. Why would a woman who cares enough about people to come on here and post such a great topic recommend a product to someone that she knows is going to hurt them? *ALSO* JJ DID recommend abstaining from sex, which is also a great, healthy alternative that you should have supported.
And Emma, shame on you for blaming men and the phamaceutical companies for "taking advantage" of women. Women are capable of making their own decisions. My decision to be on birth control has NOTHING to do with my husband or my doctor. It was a personal choice that I was educated enough to make. I’m not so stupid that I’m going to let a man talk me into an important choice. And my decision to have sex is my own, too! Women are strong, capable thinkers with minds of their own. By blaming other people for our choices, you’ve set womankind back another 100 years, making us nothing more than a subject of a man’s game, when we are so much more!
Thanks again for the post, JJ. It was good information.
