i am 13 and i want to know if there are any helicopter lying lessons near northamptonshire i also want to know how old you can be to take them

The age rules are different in each country. I am not 100% sure about the UK, but I think it is 14 to log flight time. You might be able to take a demo lesson even if you are younger than that. Check with the school you plan to attend to confirm.
If you plan to get a private license, you may wish to wait a year or two prior to seriously starting training because the minimum age to finish will be 16 or 17 so there is no advantage to starting so early.
