like when you see them dunked underwater in the helicopter and they practice escaping. are all marines required to do this training? or is it optional? also, during this training, do the marines have oxygen supplies?

No. Only Marines that are pilots or aircrew usually undertake Aircraft Water Survival Courses. Marines who commonly use Helicopters may also recieve this training on a unit by unit basis.
No. The Marines do not get oxygen while underwater because it a real crash it is unlikely that they will have supplemental oxygen.
