Flight Lieutenant William Wales, as Prince William is known in the Royal Air Force, graduates from the Defence Helicopter Flying School at RAF Shawbury. The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall attend the ceremony and His Royal Highness presents wings and certificates to graduates and long service awards and operational medals to staff at the base.
