Ok so I just had a lucid dream, this is big for me because I haven’t had one in years. I did the usual, tried to fly and set things on fire. But I could only bounce in low gravity, how do I learn to fly? And is it possible to make creatures appear?

Ah, dream control. Fun stuff, fun stuff…
To control your dream you need to have confidence that what you are trying to do will work. Much like the Matrix, if you fully expect something to work then it will. If you have slight doubt, you may have amusing results or even no results at all.
To fly, just believe you can do it with ease and you should be able too. If you have trouble with that, try flapping your arms down real hard and believe that that will propel you up. Just think of some creative ways to get yourself in the air that will make it easier for you to believe that it will work.
This also goes for making creatures or items appear. Just believe it will be there and it will appear. However, making things spawn out of thin air does seem to be hard for some to do (just hard to be confident that it will work, I suppose) so you could try turning around and expecting it to be there, or go around a corner, open a door, try to imagine some magic, or something similar that will help convince you that it will work.
This takes lots of practice, and can be altered depending on what level of awareness you are at. But practice makes better, so just keep going at it and you will have it down in no time. In the mean while, watch the first Matrix movie for inspiration.
(P.S., don’t attempt the other two, they are crap and don’t really relate anyway)
