This was a note my son sent me-currently deployed.
“after i charged it and tunded it on it went haywire for about 30 sec even though the controller didnt even have batteries, it really scared mom and kinda freeked me out. its really loud and with all the school work lately i havnt gotten a chance to actually try it out!”

My teenaged son opened the box read the manual, charged it, and the bottom back rotor did not work and has not worked at all. I have searched for a way to contact this company, but have not found a phone number. No return instructions were included in the box.

It is really hard to fly and it doesn’t respond the way it’s supposed to.
Also it’s parts break really easily, since it’s so hard to control, it falls on the ground all the time. I still haven’t found a way to make it land smoothly.
I bought this as a christmas gift and now I regret it, instead of being fun it gets you frustrated. For some reason it goes backwards all the time and there’s no way of making it turn.

Heli works well, … if it works.
At the first (rough) landing the connect buckle (a very small plastic part)broke. A replacement part costs more than $4 + shipping…
