Does the Coast Gaurd cover the cost when they teach you to be a helicopter pilot for them?

I want to be a helicopter pilot for the Coast Gaurd but I’m not sure about the cost and how hard it is for me to get lessons from them?

Do coast guards have to go through underwater helicopter escape training?

Like the fake helicopter that turns upside down underwater and the men have to escape out of the windows?

How easy is it to transfer from army helicopter flying to coast guard helicopter flying?
