Shouldn’t every flight school be accredited by the FAA???

I’ve been in the medical field for 8 years and are looking to advance my career further in rescue medecine medevac flight school. I would like to get us much information about getting started in this field, and any insight from pilots in the field as well, would be welcomed.

I would love to know from all airline pilots
a) how did you become an airline pilot, eg highers taken, A levels, how your career progressed.
b) If you went to an airline training place like ‘cabair’ or ‘oxford aviation’ of ‘flight training europe’ what it was like and what are the chances of bing sponsered with an airline whilst you are there.
3) if they sponser you do they pay most of the cost, or do they like ‘lend’ you it untill you pay them back in future years.. etc

I know that some schools have certain rankings as FAA approved schools, but what are the rankings for each school? Top 10? All rankings if possible? Thanks
