If an airline has almost all the Boeing 737 models should the pilots learn to fly all of them?

If an airline has lets say the 737-200, 737-400/500 and 737-700/800 of its Boeing 737 fleet and if the pilot joins for the first time the 737-700/800 without flying the 737-200 or the 737-400/500 before should he or she needs to learn to fly these series?

How long should I charge my RC helicopter batteries?

Hi,

I’ve recently purchased an RC helicopter on eBay, but it came without instructions.

I’ve managed to figure out how to start it, but I’ve no way of knowing how long I should be charging the various batteries, in the controller, in the aircraft, and the glow starter.

It’s a Hirobo Shuttle Plus, and I want to be sure that I’m not over/under-charging them.

Which should I learn to fly and why, a plane or a helicopter?

I’m completely torn on which to learn. I want to fly, but I’m not sure what. I love planes and their smooth relatively quiet gliding, but I like helicopters and their ability to hover in one area and land pretty much anywhere, but they’re also very loud, I just can’t make up my mind, please help!
