I am moving back to Mexico after I graduate with honors here and I am looking for a good university that is not U.N.A.M where I could learn the following with good recognition
Industrial Engineering-Doctorate
Chemical Engineering-Doctorate
Helicopter Lessons
Also due to recent events I would like for it to be in a safe location.
I am not looking for trouble just a higher education.
Also if you do know of a university of such nature would you please provide information of Fraternities or Sororities in that location?
