I’d like to mount a campaign to encourage people not to go anywhere. Travel has become so expensive and unpleasant that it’s hard to understand why people don’t stay home.
Why are we crowding our highways and airports to get someplace else? Newspapers and magazines are filled with ads trying to get us to travel. They want us to go somewhere – anywhere but home!!!!

You probably can’t make a bad choice here. Both are fun. If you like the idea of theme parks, I’d try Orlando first. Las Vegas has a different type of entertainment, shall we say, but it’s just as interesting in its own way.

well you will need a good 2 days to see all of disney. There is much more to see in Orlando. There is Sea World, Treasure Island, Epcot, Universal Studios, etc. Basically 3 days is only enough time to see Disney and Sea World. I have not been to Vegas yet, but we are going in a few weeks. Everyone who has been there tells me that 3 days is more than enough time to spend there. We are staying in Vegas for 4 days, one of them we are planning on renting a car and seeing Hoover Dam and the grand canyon. Have fun whereever you go.

We are going on a three day vacation, orlando florida or las vegas nevada?
My wife and I have free hotel reservations for three days at either Orlando, FL in August or Las Vegas in November. If we went to Orlando, FL we’d most likely go to Disney World (my wife’s first time), is three days significant and\or what else is there to do in Orlando?
